capability to machine all types of non-metallic materials, ranging from low-density foams to carbon and ceramic composites.
AC&A specializes in machining aluminum and ferrous materials, but also has the capability to machine materials including
Invar and all hard metals. Very few composite or metallic components are outside AC&A’s machining capabilities, with
fourteen 5-axis CNC machines ranging in envelope up to 480-inches long by 157-inches wide by 59-inches high.

GFM 6-Axis Ultrasonic RMT-50 machines, AC&A has the capability to precisely trim carbon fiber parts, including those

AC&A’s suite of machining capabilities also includes a Mach 4c, 5-axis water jet. The Mach 4c water jet gives AC&A a range
of capabilities, from roughing billet aluminum from 0.1 inches to 12 inches thick, to precisely manufacturing a finished
part. Water jet capability supports every division of AC&A, allowing for the efficient and cost-effective manufacturing of
composite and metallic components, tooling and tooling supports.
